At HSGAC Hearing Sen. Hassan Calls for Urgent Action from Administration to Send Aid to Puerto Rico

At a Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee hearing, Senator Maggie Hassan addressed the crisis in Puerto Rico in the wake of Hurricanes Irma and Maria. Senator Hassan called on the Trump Administration to take urgent action to get federal resources to Americans on the ground in Puerto Rico where there is currently no electricity and only 40% of people on the island have running water.
